2nd Annual Leacock Lawn Night
Building upon 2015’s success, the YPL Events Committee hosted the 2nd Annual Leacock Lawn Night on June 9th, 2016.
Over $10,000 was raised in support of Leacock’s literacy and leadership programs for underserved youth. These funds will provide enhanced classroom and recreation materials to the 450 youth engaged in Leacock’s Toronto literacy programs as well as sponsor the education of 3 students from the Get Ahead Project Schools in South Africa.
The Leacock Foundation would like to thank our hardworking YPL Events Committee, generous sponsors, fun guests, amazing volunteers and wonderful staff at the Leaside Lawn Bowling Club for making the event such a success!
